You could have installed mods through the mods/ folder originally, in which case you just remove/rename the mods/ folder to disable the mods or, you could have modded the native files directly, in which case you did an overwrite the game files, so now you don't have anything to go back to. Regarding installed mods, there's no going back if you didn't use the mods folder (except maybe through windows' own rollback or restore method, which i presume you don't have set up). I don't understand did you do a fresh download? or are you saying you used an old local copy of your GTA game? because it would be super duper weird if you had re-downloaded a fresh copy of the game from rockstar/steam, and got your old mods with it. I had recently reinstalled it after 1-2 years No requests for money, this is a modding sub not a GTA online money giveaway sub. Post all Request (aka Someone please make this mod or please send me a copy of this file) in the official request-a-mod thread. No mods that require payment or has a pay wall are allowed to be posted.
